Fu Ba Wang Pork Knuckle (富霸王豬腳) is a compact restaurant in Taipei's Siping commercial district, near Songjiang Nanjing Station. Its specialty is Taiwanese-style braised pork knuckle, served on its own or packed into rice bentos.
A review by food and travel writer Blake documents a lunchtime ticket system and customers waiting outside the storefront. Nvidia co-founder and CEO Jensen Huang has also visited Fu Ba Wang during trips to Taiwan, bringing wider attention to a restaurant that was already known for its lunchtime lines. The menu separates the pork into three sections, listed as 腿扣, 腿節, and 腳蹄, each offering a different balance of meat, skin, fat, and bone.

Blake describes the braise as sweet-savory and deeply seasoned. The review's takeout bentos pair the pork with rice, braised egg, tofu, and bamboo shoots. The dine-in menu also includes minced pork rice, vegetables, tofu, and seasonal soup.
