Yonshin Fengcha (永心鳳茶), a modern Taiwanese tea salon founded in Kaohsiung in 2015, has renovated its Breeze Xinyi branch in Taipei. The location first opened in the capital in 2018 and serves Taiwanese meals alongside hot tea, cold brew, and tea-based drinks.
The redesigned dining room uses pale blue and yellow to represent water and the color of oolong tea. Layered walls take cues from terraced tea fields, while arched openings divide the main dining room from the window seating.

Established favorites such as squid rice noodles, garlic beef rice, and chicken soup noodles remain on the menu. Newer set meals pair seasonal vegetables with sous vide chicken breast or salt and pepper salmon.
The Breeze Xinyi branch also has two location-exclusive entrees: wagyu rice with egg yolk and black pepper sauce, and cold noodles with abalone, shrimp, and sesame sauce. New side dishes reinterpret familiar Taiwanese flavors through items such as fried pork belly with garlic, eggplant with basil and black vinegar, and pineapple shrimp.

Tea remains central to the restaurant’s identity. In addition to Taiwanese high-mountain tea and cold brew served in stemware, the updated menu includes sparkling oolong tea, cloud milk tea, passion fruit kombucha, and several caffeine-free fruit and milk drinks.
