Imaya Hamburger, a Fukuoka shop known for long sandwiches filled with hamburger patties and griddled cabbage, has opened its first location outside Japan in Taipei’s Songshan District. The Taiwanese branch carries over a style developed by founder Katsumi Imazaki more than half a century ago.
