Yuan Fang Guabao has operated at Huaxi Street Night Market since 1955, serving steamed buns with braised pork belly, preserved mustard greens, sweetened ground peanuts, and cilantro. A bowl of four herbs soup or mixed offal soup completes the traditional pairing.
